\- Re-architected the core system from an enterprise software model to a distributed, highly-scalable multi-tenant SaaS system increasing gross margin from 58% to 80%.
\- Transitioned the company to a fully Agile SDLC moving from quarterly to bi-weekly deployments
\- Led development of an enterprise class mobile application for iOS including robust security, complex workflows, real-time messaging and offline data syncing algorithms; Reduced Apple Retail’s data entry time over 30% per transaction.
\- Led the Internationalization effort of the product and launched in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and Japan.
\- Worked closely with C-level executives at existing and potential customers; led the integration efforts into our customer’s ERP systems including SAP, JDE, & Oracle.
\- Architected a business intelligence (BI) platform and KPI dashboard for Apple Retail on-time and under budget reducing metric generation from two weeks to less than one hour.
\- Migrated on-premise and data-center servers to utilize AWS; implemented a full continuous integration process including testing and automated deployments to AWS.

\- Completely rewrote this company’s existing technology and built a high-caliber team that increased gross margins from 49% to 80% in a slow economy and implemented cost controls —including consolidation of 197 production servers by using virtualization and improved architecture, reducing operations costs by 81%, saving $1.2M by renegotiating contracts, and increasing outbound communications (phone, e-mail, and SMS) capacity by 625%.
\- Enabled the company to launch and grow revenues in a new insurance vertical by integrating with legacy Insurance Management Systems and creating a new product, http://www.signeos.com; integrated with on-premises Legacy Dealer Management Systems (ADP, R&R, etc.) to extract historical and daily customer and financial data.
\- Created a hybrid data-center and cloud based architecture scaling to support over 12 million automobile dealership and insurance agency customers nationwide and sending out almost one billion communications monthly.
\- Built a custom SIP based inbound & outbound Voice IVR / recognition system replacing the legacy PSTN based system increasing capacity 625% on the same hardware.

Worked with the University of California, Berkeley, BART, and Caltrans under a public & private partnership to successfully build and deploy the first multi-modal Smart Parking system developed in the country
Created the first normalized and online searchable national database structure for rates, hours, and attributes for parking facilities in the U.S.; scaled the system to support processing millions of dollars per month in online parking transactions, managed all aspects of full level-1 PCI compliance, and spearheaded Google parking data project to provide near real-time parking data to Google Places.
Early Internet-of-Things (IOT) pioneer: Built parking sensor MEMS to transmit real-time parking availability and built connectors to existing legacy parking control mechanisms to "Internet enable" them.
